About Course
Most small business owners do marketing in bursts: a frantic week of posting and tinkering, then nothing for three months, then guilt. This system replaces the bursts with one calm, two-hour session each month.
It is a printable guide plus a tracker spreadsheet. No videos to watch and nothing to study. Download it, block two hours on your calendar, and follow the checklist.
Peek inside

How it works
- Download. The guide and the tracker are yours as soon as you check out.
- Block two hours. Same day every month, on your calendar like any other appointment.
- Follow the checklist. When the two hours are up, you are done for the month.
The two hours are split for you: 30 minutes on your Google presence, 60 on your website, and 30 on relationships and numbers. Along the way you check your numbers, tally where your inquiries came from, and plan four posts. The only setup is a one-sentence page you fill in once, and it takes about an hour.
What you get
- The Two-Hour Marketing Month guide (PDF, 10 pages). Your one-sentence setup page, the monthly session checklist, a quarterly check-in, a numbers page, a “How did you find us?” tally sheet, the four-post planner, and a question bank.
- The tracker workbook (Excel, also opens in Google Sheets). Monthly numbers with conversion rate and cost per customer worked out for you, an inquiry log, a sources summary, a post planner, and a 12-month checklist.
This is for you if
- You handle your own marketing, and it happens in bursts or not at all.
- You want to know exactly what to do each month without learning a new platform or sitting through a course.
- You would rather follow a checklist than build a strategy from scratch.
- You are not sure where your customers actually come from, and you would like to be.
- You are a therapist or another professional who works under confidentiality and testimonial rules. The guide includes notes on what to do where your profession limits reviews and testimonials.

Questions
Does the tracker work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the workbook to Google Drive and open it with Sheets. The formulas and dropdowns carry over.
Is it an instant download?
Yes. As soon as checkout is complete, both files are waiting in your account under My Courses, and they are yours to keep.
Do I need any marketing experience?
No. The checklist tells you what to do and how long to spend on it. If you can update a web page and post on social media, you can do this.
Do I have to print it?
No. Print the whole guide, print only the pages you like to write on, or keep everything on screen and use the tracker.
What is the refund policy?
Because the files are yours the moment you buy, all sales are final. If a file will not open or something is not right, email kim@getbusinesstherapy.com and we will fix it.
